The company name will remain F&H Solutions Group.

Brad Federman, founder of Performancepoint, will serve as FHSG’s chief operating officer. He is an author and a consultant with more than 20 years of corporate experience in sales, marketing, operations and performance improvement. He has worked as a coach, a trainer, an executive and an entrepreneur with organizations and their executive leadership in different industries. His clients have included household names such as Nordstrom, FedEx, Kaiser Permanente, Gillette, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation, Deloitte, Tyson Chicken, AT&T Wireless and Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.
