Jerry Glass

Jerry Glass has been recognized as a top human resources and labor relations expert for more than 35 years. He has extensive experience as a negotiator, an analyst and an advisor, and has served as chief negotiator for more than 250 different labor agreements in the airline, aviation-related, railroad, construction, property management, and manufacturing industries. In addition, he has been the chief negotiator in the elevator construction industry’s last three rounds of multi-employer bargaining, representing that industry’s four largest companies.

Charlie Woodcock

Charlie has more than 43 years of labor relations and human resources experience, including developing labor strategy, conducting negotiations, restructuring processes and systems, and overseeing service and quality improvement.

Jeff Bennett

Jeff has 20 years of human resources and labor relations experience in various industries with a focus on the Railway Labor Act (RLA) and the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA). 

Most recently, Jeff was a Human Resources Generalist with International Paper, a Fortune 500 global manufacturing company. He guided all aspects of negotiation strategy, workplace investigations and maintaining positive union-management relationships. He also educated and coached managers on company policies and federal and state regulations to ensure consistent delivery of human resources services.

Maria Reed

Maria works with clients’ human resources department to make the transition to our team’s absence management program seamless. The Absence Management team uses a proprietary software system to manage absences under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), state leave laws, and employer-authorized policies for diverse clients and industries, including airlines, customer service call centers, oil and gas refineries, and insurance and securities firms.

David Pincus

Dave assists and advises clients in different industries on their labor relations and personnel policies, with a primary focus on contract analysis and interpretation. In particular, he performs labor relations-related services for the management of numerous major, national, regional, charter, cargo and international airlines.
