Jennifer Melton is the EEO/Diversity Management Consultant for F&H Solutions Group LLC. Jennifer has extensive expertise in the areas of employment practices, diversity, training and development. She has served as a key resource and internal consultant to all levels of management with regard to compliance and diversity matters while employed at two diversified media giants, Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. and Cox Enterprises, Inc. Jennifer has conducted internal EEOC investigations for numerous clients across various industries and drafted company responses to employee complaints filed with state and federal agencies. An accomplished individual and group facilitator with superb training and language skills, Jennifer has successfully coordinated and facilitated numerous workshops using training materials and manuals created in-house. In addition, she has earned certification to facilitate FHSG's Simple Solutions Leadership Development Program, which is based upon the techniques outlined in the widely-recognized reference book, "Simple Solutions - Harness the Power of Passion and Simplicity to Get Results" by Tom Schmitt & Arnold Perl.

Prior to her corporate career, Jennifer investigated discrimination complaints and forwarded appropriate recommendations to the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD). She is specially trained in state and federally-regulated employment policies and practices.

Upon her relocation to Atlanta, Georgia, she served as a long-term supply teacher for the Atlanta Public School System and successfully completed the Georgia Teacher Certification Test (PRAXIS I). Shortly thereafter, Jennifer served in a management role for Taisei America Corporation, a Japanese-based General Contractor. She performed market research, identified domestic and international revenue-generating opportunities, drafted proposals and established cross-cultural business relationships. Jennifer augmented her communications skills through the study of different international cultures and foreign languages, including conversational Spanish, German and Japanese.

A native of Boston, Massachusetts, Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Tufts University, Jackson College in Medford, Massachusetts. She was a recipient of the Tufts Scholarship Award and the nationally-recognized Langston Hughes Literary Award for writing excellence.
