Senior Labor Relations Consultant
Carly Nasca is a Senior Labor Relations Consultant with F&H Solutions Group.

Carly Nasca brings to F&H Solutions Group considerable expertise and a well-rounded background that includes stints as both a labor relations attorney and a human resources professional. She has experience in a variety of industries, including education, airline, property management, manufacturing and health care. Carly works with organizations to build relationships and provide real-world solutions.  She has developed and presented trainings on topics such as conducting hearings, positive employee relations, investigations, sexual harassment, and grievance handling.

Prior to joining F&H Solutions Group, Carly was a human resources manager with Rolls-Royce North America, a multi-layered, global organization. She provided HR leadership for two facilities, focusing on strategic employee relations. In this role, she presented numerous trainings on issues such as fostering positive employee relations, implementing progressive discipline and conducting workplace investigations. She also collaborated on a massive recruiting effort, doubling the size of the workforce in one year. She is an expert in leading employee listening sessions, drafting employee communications and coaching management.

Carly has held several positions with Northwell Health, New York’s largest private employer. As a corporate manager of labor relations at Northwell Health, she trained HR professionals on all aspects of labor relations, from petition filing to contract negotiation and arbitration. She provided contract interpretation guidance to managers and HR professionals with respect to grievances, work rules and employee discipline. She also participated in contract negotiations. In addition, Carly was an HR director for three Manhattan hospitals, providing on-site labor relations leadership. In this role, she advised leadership on contract interpretation for multiple bargaining units, while also providing strategic solutions for their unrepresented employees. She heard Step Two grievances for these facilities and represented them at contract negotiations.

For three years, Carly was an agency attorney at the New York City Department of Education’s Office of Labor Relations. She represented the nation’s largest public school system in arbitrations involving contract terms, ratings appeals and employee discipline. Carly also defended DOE in unfair labor practice cases before the Public Employment Relations Board. While at DOE, she worked on high-profile cases involving issues such as Hurricane Sandy and corporal punishment.

Carly has an undergraduate degree in political science from Washington and Lee University. She earned her law degree from the University of Notre Dame.
