A two day engagement to strengthen manager readiness and gain a fresh perspective on the employee experience.
A CLEARER PICTURE OF YOUR WORKPLACE
Union organizing can bring long-standing employee concerns into sharp focus. Our program pairs practical manager training with a climate assessment so leadership can understand where relationships are strong, where employees may be receptive to organizing, and which improvements deserve attention.
MANAGER TRAINING
Labor Relations 101: A foundation in today’s U.S. labor landscape, the phases of an organizing drive, early warning signs, solicitation and distribution rules, and lawful manager communications during organizing activity.
Shifting Perspectives: A practical session on responding to union messaging with accurate information and balanced context while acknowledging and validating employees’ concerns.
CLIMATE ASSESSMENT
Through one-on-one discussions with managers and department-level employee focus groups, we take a closer look at cultural, operational, and relational conditions. These conversations help us assess potential receptivity to unionization and identify practical steps that may reduce that risk while improving the day-to-day employee experience.
WHAT LEADERSHIP RECEIVES
Comprehensive report. Key findings, an assessed level of risk, and recommended areas for improvement.
Privileged leadership debrief. A discussion with senior leaders about the results, priorities, and recommended next steps.
The program schedule can be tailored to your operations, departments, and manager availability.
