Roy is a seasoned professional with more than 35 years of corporate experience creating and leading human resources with well-known brands. His expertise includes identifying and developing company cultures, enterprise-wide interventions and change leadership, building employee engagement, executive coaching, training, compliance, benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, retention strategies, mergers, and acquisitions, restructuring, organizational development and performance management.

Courtney Taylor brings nearly 10 years of generalist human resources experience.

Courtney conducts job profiling, creates job descriptions, researches market pricing, and supports human resources, training, and design and development projects.

Lee Gusmus

Lee Gusmus has more than 25 years of human resources and talent management experience. 

He is supporting compensation projects and talent selection, developing 360's and building/administering employee engagement surveys.

Prior to F&H Solutions Group, Lee owned part of his family business, Gusmus Electrical Contractors, where he did all of the recruitment, training, employee relations, benefits administration, marketing and website development.

Andrea Burleson is a consultant, leadership coach and facilitator. She specializes in helping companies achieve organizational goals by elevating its people’s capabilities.

As a behavioral sciences expert, Andrea assists clients with individual and team assessment, leadership coaching and development, and team building. She works with organizations in many different  industries ranging from boutique firms to Fortune 500 companies, delivering targeted solutions customized to increase employee engagement and productivity.

Roquita Coleman-Williams

Roquita is a consultant, facilitator, and coach. She specializes in diversity and inclusion, executive coaching and in the design and delivery of inspiring leadership programs and keynotes at every level of the organization.

Allison Gusmus

She has worked with companies within the health care and non-profit sectors and has also conducted brand training in the retail sector.

Jennifer Blake

Jennifer Blake is a human resources generalist with experience in a variety of industries, including financial services and health care, in the areas of compensation and performance management, employee communications, and the development of hands-on human resources systems. 

Prior to consulting at The Centre Group, a boutique human resources firm, which joined F&H Solutions Group in 2016, Jennifer was director of human resources for a large, partially-unionized community hospital. Later, she became an internal consultant for a stand-alone children’s medical center.

Joel Myers is a human resources professional with more than 30 years of consulting experience. His expertise lies in strategic executive and employee compensation systems, performance enhancement and feedback systems, employee attitude research, and organizational and leadership development.
