F&H Solutions Group Adds New Labor Relations Management Consultant to Grow Labor Area
Tony Bralich, former Vice President of Labor and Employee Relations at Gate Gourmet, joins F&H Solutions Group.
F&H Solutions Group, a national consulting firm specializing in human resources and labor relations, welcomes Tony Bralich to help support the firm’s growing labor relations practice. With more than 25 years of labor relations and human resources experience in a number of industries, Bralich brings a plethora of negotiation and strategic labor relations expertise to the firm supporting both U.S. and Canadian corporate operations.
As a former Vice President of Labor and Employee Relations at Gate Gourmet, he served as chief negotiator for numerous contracts in the U.S. and Canada covering more than 10,000 employees and worked with many unions including the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT), UNITE HERE, United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW), Canadian Auto Workers (CAW), and the Service Employees International Union (SEIU).
He has extensive experience with collective bargaining, contract administration, arbitration, mediation, grievance administration and other dispute resolution processes, including acting as chief spokesperson during federal mediation under auspices of the National Mediation Board (NMB) involving multiple unions. He was also responsible for all other labor relations projects, initiatives, compliance and policy administration.

At US Airways, Bralich served as Managing Director of Labor Relations where he oversaw labor relations, served as chief spokesperson for pilot, flight attendant, and flight crew training instructor negotiations and managed contract and grievance administration. He provided labor relations’ guidance to operating managers for a pilot group represented by the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA), flight attendant group represented by the Association of Flight Attendants (AFA) and flight crew training instructor group represented by the Transport Workers Union (TWU). He concluded five restructuring agreements and multiple renewal National Master Agreements with no strikes or labor disruptions during his entire period of tenure.
